Dr Anusha Lachman is the Head of Clinical Unit for Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Tygerberg Hospital in Cape Town. She also is the convenor of the MPhil program in Infant mental health at Stellenbosch University. 

Her research and academic background includes Adolescent Neuropsychiatry, Infant mental health, and development of culturally sensitive teaching and training platforms and tools in child psychiatry.
