Dr. Cuhadaroglu is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist from Ankara, Türkiye. After completing her fellowship in CAP, she did a fellowship in the adolescent psychiatry (Young People’s Unit) at the Edinburgh University Faculty of Medicine and a research fellowship on the joint Mental Health and Deelopmental Disabilities Program of FIC/NIH and Harvard University School of Public Health. Later she entered training in self-psychology based psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and she had a certificate on Clinical Supervision Training in Child and Adolescent Psychoanaytic Therapies. Her major fields of studies are adolescent development, frequent psychiatric disorders in adolescents, like depression, eating disorders, suicide, nonsuicidal self-injuries.

She served as the Secretary General of IACAPAP, Founding Chair of the ESCAP Policy Division and currently she is the President of International Society for Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychology (ISAPP).
