Early Career Mentorship Program 2025 - Call for Mentors

The Early Career Mentorship Program offers members a structured pathway for members to connect with experienced professionals and academics who can guide their career development. This program is designed to foster engagement between ECG members and nominated mentors worldwide, emphasising shared interests and career planning in a small group format over a nine-month period. IACAPAP has developed tools to ensure that both mentors and mentees effectively utilise their mentorship experience.

This mentorship initiative provides essential educational insights for early careers, encouraging in-depth discussions on a variety of topics, including complex cases, research ideas, and service challenges. Additionally, the program enhances peer relationships and facilitates collaborations in the field of child and adolescent mental health, creating a supportive community for ongoing professional growth.

The new cycle of the Early Career Mentorship Program 2025 is looking for mentors.
