Dr Harper trained in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Child Psychiatry in Boston. He has worked clinically in inpatient care and served as Senior Child Psychiatrist for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health. He has written and taught nationally and internationally about treatment planning.
